Authorize reporting access

Each company is connected separately by a QuickBooks administrator. The application requests accounting data for financial reporting and does not create, edit, or delete bookkeeping transactions.

Payroll detail is a separate connection

The six-company accounting download records payroll as pending until Intuit grants a supported payroll data path. Employee lists and job time do not replace payroll registers or payslips.

Owner sign-in required

Only the application owner can start a QuickBooks connection.
